Ingredient Substitutions: 🔄 Ground Chicken → Use ground turkey, ground pork, or even ground beef. 🔄 Panko Breadcrumbs → Sub regular breadcrumbs, crushed crackers, or crushed pretzels (gluten-free or not). 🔄 Eggs → Sub with 2 Tablespoons mayo per egg 🔄 Parsley → Use basil or Italian seasoning. 🔄 Famous Dave’s Seasoning → Use a mix of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of paprika. 🔄 Orecchiette Pasta → Sub any pasta shape: angel hair, spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, bowtie, or even gluten-free pasta. 🔄 Butter → Use olive oil 🔄 Cherry Tomatoes → Use grape tomatoes or diced Roma tomatoes 🔄 Famous Dave’s Seasoning → As above, mix up your own with salt + garlic powder + onion powder. 🔄 Grated Parmesan → You can leave it out or sub your favorite cheese 🔄 Lemon Juice → Use a splash of balsamic or skip if needed!
