Ingredient Substitutions: 🔄 Cheese Tortellini → Refrigerated cheese ravioli, any kind of tortellini, or plain short pasta like rigatoni or penne 🔄 Yellow onion → Shallot, white onion, or onion powder 🔄 Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto → chopped regular sun-dried tomatoes, regular basil pesto (different vibe, but still delicious), tomato paste + a splash of olive oil, or chopped red peppers for a slightly sweeter flavor 🔄 Heavy cream → Half-and-half 🔄 Garlic Powder → fresh garlic or onion powder 🔄 Petite Diced Tomatoes → Crushed tomatoesF 🔄 Spinach → You can leave it out If you're part of the "dinner needs meat" club, then you could add: Grilled or seared chicken, chicken cutlets, or any ground meat you like.
